Dr Pete McAllister, MBBS, MSc, MBA, FRC Psych, FHEA is a forensic and general adult psychiatry expert specializing in expert witness testimony and veterans' mental health. With a career spanning military psychiatry, NHS leadership, and third sector innovation, he brings a strategic perspective to his litigation work. His work centers on investigating psychiatric conditions, assessing occupational mental health impacts, and evaluating forensic psychiatric evaluations.

Dr. McAllister has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the UK, involving both criminal and civil cases in forensic psychiatry and general adult psychiatry.
