Eros Bilyeu, PG, CHG, CGWP, QSD/QSP is a Certified Hydrogeologist expert specializing in well design and construction oversight, aquifer characterization, and groundwater-flow modeling. With a career encompassing diverse hydrogeologic projects and collaborations with federal, state, municipal, and defense clients, he brings a comprehensive framework to litigation work involving complex groundwater systems. His work centers on investigating aquifer properties, assessing groundwater contamination, and evaluating compliance with regulatory standards.

Mr. Bilyeu has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across Southern California and nationally, involving municipal water supply projects, groundwater contamination cases, and regulatory compliance disputes. His BS in Geology from the University of South Alabama, along with certifications such as Professional Geologist, Certified Hydrogeologist, and Certified Groundwater Professional, reinforce his ability to deliver objective, defensible analyses. He is regularly engaged by both plaintiff and defense counsel to provide clear, independent determinations of causation and responsibility in disputes involving groundwater management and contamination.
