Gerald Blackler, Ph.D, P.E., D.WRE is a hydrology and civil engineering expert specializing in the engineering of drainage systems and transportation hydraulics. With a career spanning hydrology, hydraulics, and floodplain management, he brings a comprehensive understanding of water resource challenges to litigation work. His work centers on investigating accidental deaths or drownings near hydraulic structures, assessing bridge scour and hydraulics, and evaluating whether drainage systems meet engineering standards.

Mr. Blackler has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the United States, involving cases related to transportation drainage, bridge hydraulics, and water resources.
