Jeff Lewandowski, D. Eng., P.E. is a hydraulic and coastal engineering expert specializing in water resources management and sedimentation and scour. With a career spanning civil engineering, water system modeling, and construction defect analyses, he brings a comprehensive framework to litigation work involving complex water-related issues.
