Matthew Sarkar, B.Eng (Hons), M.Des (RCA), Dipl.I.C, PGCert (IP Law) is a Medical Devices and Intellectual Property expert specializing in patent litigation support and expert consulting. With a career spanning medical device engineering, inhalation technology, and digital medicine, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to litigation work. His work centers on investigating patent infringement, assessing intellectual property licensing, and evaluating whether drug-device combination products meet regulatory standards.

Mr. Sarkar has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the United States and Europe, involving Hatch-Waxman cases, device patents, and connected health technologies.
