Michael Blankenship, PE, RSP 2I is a traffic engineering expert specializing in traffic crash litigation. With a career spanning traffic safety, transportation planning, and roadway design, he brings a comprehensive understanding of how engineering principles apply to legal disputes. His work centers on investigating traffic incidents, assessing roadway design compliance, and evaluating whether safety standards were met.

Mr. Blankenship has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Montana, North Carolina, and West Virginia, involving vehicle, pedestrian, bicyclist, and motorcyclist crash cases.
