Michael Troy Richardson, BS, MA, MS is an aerial adventure and amusement attraction safety expert specializing in litigation involving zipline and trampoline park accidents. With a career spanning engineering, technical writing, and product development, he brings a multi-disciplinary perspective to analyzing safety standards and operational compliance in the amusement industry. His work centers on investigating accident causation, assessing compliance with safety standards, and evaluating whether operational negligence contributed to incidents.

Mr. Richardson has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the United States, involving cases in the aerial adventure, zipline, and amusement park industries. His MS in Engineering & Technology, along with certifications such as the National Board Certified Pressure Vessel Welder, reinforce his ability to deliver objective, defensible analyses.
