Shauna Serafini, RWC, FMPC is a building envelope and waterproofing systems expert specializing in the design, installation, and performance assessment of exterior glazing, walls, and waterproofing systems. With a career spanning forensic analysis, construction management, and quality assurance inspections, she brings a comprehensive framework to litigation work involving building enclosures. Her work centers on investigating water leak issues, assessing wind damage, and evaluating whether construction defects have occurred.

Mrs. Serafini has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements throughout Florida, involving construction defects and building inspection cases. Her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, along with certifications such as Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC) and Fenestration Master (FMPC), reinforce her ability to deliver objective, defensible analyses.
