Mr. Epcar has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the United States and Canada, involving residential, retail, commercial, condominium, and mixed-use properties. His BS Degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate, along with certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) and IREM Managing Distressed Properties Certificate, reinforce his ability to deliver objective, defensible analyses.
